Job Description

Online Assisted Associate is responsible to handle all day-to-day complaint management task at the Customer Relations Unit. You will support to answer all complaint and request received via email, fax, snail mail, web& social media channels. You need to ensure the KPI and SLA targets on customer complaints are met, in keeping with company targets.

What are you accountable for?

  • Support all complaints and request received via email, fax, snail mail, web & social media channels.
  • 2nd level support for frontline operations
  • Support all escalated matters from MCMC, NCCC, media and CXO office.
  • Support on all Customer Confidentiality matters with customer; aided by Security, SIS, Legal & HR
  • Ensure KPI and SLA targets in on customer complaints are met; in keeping with company targets.
  • Support department goals on agreed SLAs on complaint handling

What do you need to have for this role?

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business¬†Studies/Administration/Managementor equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills; with the ability to write and converse well in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good decision making & able to work independently and cross functionally.
  • Knowledge in the telecommunication industry (products/svcs) and familiarity on CRM system knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Personal traits: Positive, Passionate, Collaborative, A self-starter, Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment and A team player

Salary up to RM5,000 per month
