Job Description

Seoul Korean Restaurant is looking to hire a permanent full-time cook starting immediately.

Job requirements:
– Must have thorough knowledge of Korean cuisine
– Minimum 3 years of experience working in a Korea restaurant
– Those with a certificate in preparing Korean cuisine preferred
– Those with food safety certificate preferred
– Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

Jod description:
– Preparing and cooking menu items
– Maintaining the proper levels of prepared products
– Maintaining the proper levels of side dishes and making Kimchi as required
– Assembly, cooking and plating of the dishes
– General maintenance of the kitchen, such as keeping it a clean working environment at all
– Maintaining inventory of the food and ingredients
– Maintaining the kitchen equipment and supplies.
– Clean kitchen and work area
– Help training assistants and other kitchen staff
