Responsibility
1. Support Sales Teams and ensure day to day running of office administrative functions
2. Ensure sales records, customer records and information collection are updated and
documented accurately
3. Attend incoming calls/ customers’ inquiry appropriately and courteously
4. Support the sales team with travel arrangements

Requirement
1. SPM and above
2. 1 year working experience in administrative
3. Computer literate skills
4. Able to write and speak English and Mandarin

Job 2 : HR/Admin Assistant

Responsibility
1. Update employee daily attendance, leave application, Overtime and Medical claim
2. Experience with Flex HR, Time Attendance System will be an added advantage
3. Any other ad-hoc administrative jobs assigned from time to time
4. Ensure systematic filling system

Requirement
1. SPM or Certificate in Business Administration
2. Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
3. Able to work independently
