Job Description

Responsibility

  • Support Sales Teams and ensure day to day running of office administrative functions
  • Ensure sales records, customer records and information collection are updated and documented accurately
  • Attend incoming calls/ customers’ inquiry appropriately and courteously
  • Support the sales team with travel arrangements

Requirement

  • SPM and above
  • 1 year working experience in administrative
  • Computer literate skills
  • Able to work independently
  • 5 days work per week
  • Able to speak and write English and Mandarin
