Full-Time Admin Executive

Job Description


  • Reporting to the Operations Manager.
  • Coordination with Service Team to ensure order procedures work properly.
  • Processing invoices to customers.
  • Processing purchase orders to vendors.
  • Negotiation with local suppliers on local procurement.
  • Customs clearance for Service Department.
  • Monitor shipment with suppliers and customers.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.


  • Minimum Diploma in any administration discipline.
  • Relevant working experience in sales support/admin will be an advantage.
  • Fresh school-leavers are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge in SAP or ERP system will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, detailed oriented and well organised.
  • Able to manage, develop and execute plans and objectives in a timely and effective manner.
  • High level of integrity, discipline and self-motivated.
  • Able to work independently and in teams, and follow up tasks delegated.
