Full-Time Admin Executive/Sales Admin Executive

Job Description

Join one of the largest aggregate mining business in Malaysia, listed company based in Kelana Jaya.


  • Provide sales coordination and order processing to support Sales and Marketing team.
  • Coordinate with sales personnel and purchasing department as to ensure goods are delivered on time.
  • Handle and assist customer’s enquiry from time to time.
  • Prepare and record all sales meeting minutes.
  • Responsible for overall credit control implementation and coordination.
  • Follow up with clients for any outstanding payments.
  • Liaise and follow up with clients for any disputes.
  • Prepare monthly reports and collection on a timely basis.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Superior.


  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administrative or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu. Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The person is expected to be independent, disciplined, energetic and a team player.
  • Must be PC literate.
  • Able to meet datelines.
