3) Research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications.

4) Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.

5) Research, design, evaluate, install, operate, and maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles.

6) Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew.

• Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.

• Capable of preparing and presenting the project papers for evaluation to banks, investors, regulatory bodies and others.

Requirements:

• Minimum (3) three years of relevant working experience in a public listed company
• Familiar with the requirements and guidelines of Bursa Malaysia, Securities Commission and other relevant authorities
• Proficient in Malaysia Financial Reporting Standard (MFRS)
• Possesses recognized qualification CPA & ACCA with MIA membership
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.

• Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Liaise with resellers/distributors to check with their sales progress and provide reports to internal teams.
• Provide sales support for resellers/distributors and/or direct sales whenever applicable.
• Maintain and build relationship with resellers/distributors and direct clients
• Address enquiries from resellers/distributors and expedite adequate response.
• Provide tips and information to resellers/distributors pertaining the email platform and email marketing, where applicable.
• Promote email usage to resellers/distributors and/or direct sales whenever applicable.

Required skills:

• Proficient in English. Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese would be an advantage but not much necessary
• 2-3 years working experience in any field.
• Practical experience using MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Database management tools (example: Office Access) would be an advantage.
• Graphic design basics and a creative eye for email layout. Photoshop and HTML skills are a plus.
• Technologically savvy, up to date with current internet trends.
• Open minded to different technologies involved in digital marketing.
• Proactive, takes initiative and is able to adapt quickly.
• Able to communicate effectively via written or verbal communication.
